- Carmichael Rotarians and the Carmichael Foundation provided over 200 pairs of mittens and hot cocoa mix for Carmichael Elementary School’s Annual Winter Wonderland event. This year’s event had record attendance, which kept Santa (member Troy Drennon above) and a few of our members busy all evening greeting many children and their families.
- On Friday morning, a good number of Carmichael (and one Pt West) Rotarians transported many full boxes of donated canned goods from Del Dayo Elementary to Carmichael Presbyterian Church’s food closet for distribution to the community. Special thanks to member Stan Roe and honorary member Rich Plath for organizing this effort; the food closet was so appreciative of all the food! (Vicky Boatwright)
