| The meeting was headed up by Membership Chair David Thorman, who mentioned that, a few days before, there had been an important meeting of many in the leadership shaping a three year plan for the future. David gave a comprehensive slide show for the membership and afterwards asked for a vote of support for the project. The committee came up with specific goals and points of interest, very detailed and I have decided to incorporate his slides into this newsletter in the hope that as time goes by, we can reflect back on them and see how we are doing. |

After some discussion of the above goals, the Club , as a whole, gave their approval of the 2019-2022 plan. Good job to all and if we are dedicated enough, we will achieve all of them! And actually, David was informed, but not altogether surprised, that, as President Vicky noted, a book has been dedicated in his name to the Carmichael Library (Sacramento Public Library) The book donation program was started when David was president and now upwards of 200 books have been donated. |
